Shake the bottle well before use to mix the two phases thoroughly. Apply onto a cotton pad. Place the saturated cotton pad over closed eyes or lips and hold gently for a few seconds to dissolve makeup. Wipe off gently without rubbing or pulling the skin. Do not rinse.
