Apply 3 to 4 drops in the evening to clean, dry face and neck. Massage gently until fully absorbed. Introduce gradually into your routine: start 2–3 times a week, then increase frequency as skin tolerates. Follow with a daily moisturizer at night. Always apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) every morning during use.
